From Perk to Strategy: A New Framework for Workplace Wellbeing
September 9, 2026, 5PM-6PM ET | Hosted by GWI Workplace Wellbeing Initiative
Description:
Workplace wellbeing isn’t a stand-alone program. It’s the result of how an organization is designed, led, and operated. Most organizations say they support employee wellbeing. Far fewer have a coherent strategy supporting their efforts, which is why many traditional wellness solutions fail to deliver the expected value. In this webinar, the GWI Workplace Wellbeing Initiative unveils a roadmap for building a sustainable, measurable, business-aligned health and wellbeing strategy. Join us as we walk through a strategic framework and discuss how organizations can use it to assess where they are and level up their efforts to produce solid business value.
This session is for:
Anyone responsible for improving workforce health, organizational performance, and employee experience – including health and wellbeing professionals, HR and people leaders, as well as healthcare and benefits leaders.
Attendees will:
- Identify the organizational conditions required to support successful workforce wellbeing efforts
- Distinguish a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing from fragmented wellness solutions
- Prioritize the foundational pillars that yield health, productivity, and business outcomes
