New Study on Benefits of Slow Breathing for Relief of Stress & Anxiety 

One of our GWI Breathe Initiative members, Tanya Bentley, PhD., CEO Health & Human Performance Foundation, led a comprehensive new study about the benefits of slow breathing to relieve stress and anxiety. Here’s the link to her review. We had a conversation about the findings and Tanya demonstrates exactly what slow breathing is and how long/how often we need to it. Link to video. 

With such a simple yet effective modality for relieving stress and anxiety, we all need to find a little time (even on the go!) when we breathe slowly and mindfully!
