She is the founder of Beauty Becomes You™, a charitable 501(c)(3) foundation whose mission is to fight social isolation, prevent failure to thrive syndrome, and serve the aesthetic health and hygiene needs of senior adults. Her company Aging Beautifully, LLC, globally sources effective and unique raw materials and cosmeceuticals.

Anita Murray, Managing Director, The Salon & Spa Company and Founder Be Kingdom Kind – Ireland

Anita is a passionate beauty entrepreneur, self-care advocate, and Managing Director of The Salon & Spa Company, representing top global beauty brands. With over 19 years in the beauty, spa, and wellness industry, she is also the founder of award-winning brands Be Kingdom Kind and Edvard & Pink. Recognized as a wellness thought leader at the 2019 Business All-Star Awards, Anita co-founded the Irish Spa Association and serves as Ireland’s ambassador for World Wellness Weekend. She contributes to national and international standards bodies (NSAI & ISO), writes for Mums & Tots magazine, and created KidsWell, a wellness program supporting children’s self-care and emotional wellbeing.

Karen Ballou

Founder & CEO, Immunocologie Skincare, United States

Karen Ballou, founder and CEO, developed Immunocologie Skincare after overcoming Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She discovered a need in the beauty industry for products that support holistic skin health and, with a passion for clean beauty and over 30 years of experience as an esthetician and entrepreneur, founded her brand. Immunocologie is an innovative, fully natural skin-care brand devoted to strengthening the skin’s microbiome and immuno-protection system through mineral science.

Dr. Anjan Chatterjee

Anjan Chatterjee is the founding director of the Penn Center for Neuroaesthetics. He wrote The Aesthetic Brain: How We Evolved to Desire Beauty and Enjoy Art and co-edited Neuroethics in Practice: Mind, Medicine, and Society and The Roots of Cognitive Neuroscience: Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychology. He has received the Norman Geschwind Prize in Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology and the Rudolph Arnheim Prize for contributions to Psychology and the Arts.

Dr. Jayant Lokhande

Dr. Jayant N. Lokhande, M.D. (Botanical Drugs), MBA (Biotech), is a global expert in botanical drugs and biotechnology business management. He has developed innovative strategies and products for cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and medical foods. With clinical expertise in chronic and complex diseases, he also explores areas like medical anthropology, disease reversal, and biodiversity entrepreneurship. A published author of three books (Taylor & Francis), Dr. Lokhande serves as Chief Scientific Officer at DMK Skincare, focusing on innovation and end-user education, with a passion for integrating Yoga and Ayurveda into modern systems and technologies.

Joy Roederer, PhD, is the Senior VP of Technology & Business Development at Integrity Ingredients Corporation. With a strong background in product innovation, she specializes in sourcing and commercializing new technologies. Dr. Roederer has held leadership roles at SC Johnson, BF Goodrich/Lubrizol, and Guthy-Renker, overseeing the launch of 200+ cosmetic, OTC, and nutritional products. At Integrity Ingredients, she leads the development of the company’s technology portfolio, working closely with global suppliers, brands, and formulators to ensure product efficacy and regulatory compliance.
