Katherine Droga is passionate about the transformational effect travel can have for people and the planet. She is the founder of several successful global wellness media platforms including the Well Traveller and Well Traveller TV. She is also the founder of the industry leadership conference – Wellness Tourism Summit and Wellness Wander consumer festival. Her consultancy firm, Droga & Co., specializes in wellness and sustainable visitor strategies and capacity building for destinations, tourism experiences, and events worldwide. Katherine has worked for over 25 years, successfully leading teams and brands in the tourism and media sector. She was previously part of the executive leadership team for Tourism Australia and led the organizations international operations, distribution platforms, and partnerships for over a decade. Katherine is proud to be the Australian Ambassador for Global Wellness Day, and a champion for kid’s wellbeing.

Vice-Chair, Lindsay Madden-Nadeau

Lindsay is a globally recognized wellness strategist with over 24 years of transformative impact at the intersection of hospitality and well-being. Leading the Wellness Strategy at Red Sea Global, she leads the vision for two of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga-projects—set to become the world’s most integrated and sustainable wellness destinations under Vision 2030. Renowned as an industry disruptor, Lindsay has overseen the opening of over 200 spas worldwide and previously shaped global wellness strategy as Accor’s Global Director of Well-being, driving innovation for brands like Raffles and Fairmont. She is also a founding partner of Meraki Bespoke Wellness Strategies, championing socially and environmentally conscious wellness solutions. A thought leader and change-maker, Lindsay continues to redefine the future of wellness, setting new standards across continents with every project she leads.

Nikos Kouremenos
Senior Spa Consultant | Project Manager Wellness & Fitness | Founder WellBright, Sweden
As a seasoned wellness and spa consultant with over 25 years of global experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. His portfolio spans concept design, feasibility studies, layout planning, business modeling, and operational leadership for a wide range of projects—from private health clubs and municipal centers to boutique wellness facilities and international chains. Nikos began his journey in 1996 with the founding of Fitness Academy, working alongside leading organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), IDEA Health & Fitness Association, and IHRSA. He later served as an executive member of the Athens 2004 Olympic Organizing Committee and the 2011 Special Olympics. From 2013 to 2024, he was a senior consultant with Raison d’Etre, contributing to major spa and wellness developments. Nikos is currently a Board Member of the Greek Health Tourism Association, part of the Experts Council at Asklepieia Health Cluster, and Head of the Global Spa Management Education online program. He is a visiting lecturer at international MBA hospitality programs, a Certified ACSM Health & Fitness Director, a CIDESCO-certified Beauty & Spa Manager.
Carolina Rodriquez
Founder & CEO, CONSWELL, Spain
Carolina Rodríguez is the Founder and CEO of CONSWELL, a wellness tourism and sustainability consultancy based in Tenerife, Spain. She is the only EuropeSpa-certified consultant in Spain and one of just seven worldwide. Carolina created the proprietary Wellness Tourism Destination™️ (WTD™️) certification framework, designed to assess and recognize wellness and sustainable tourism destinations and establishments. A pioneer in destination certification, she led Spain’s first health destination certification in Arona, Tenerife (2022), and later certified the Arab Baths Medina Mudéjar in Toledo (2024) using her WTD™️ methodology. Her clients include leading hospitality brands such as Meliá, Ritz-Carlton, Vincci, and DreamPlace Hotels. She is also the Founder of SensCare, a spa brand expanding across Spain. Since 2023, Carolina has served as Spain’s Ambassador for the Global Wellness Institute (GWI) and is the only Spanish-speaking member of the GWI Wellness Tourism Initiative, advancing wellness and sustainable tourism across Spain and Latin America.
Amireh Leila Mirdamadi

Amireh Leila Mirdamadi is an emerging leader at the intersection of global health, wellness strategy, and hospitality. Earning diplomas from Cornell University and Institut Villa Pierrefeu, she is currently pursuing her M.S. in Global Medicine, with a Management emphasis, at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where she integrates healthcare, business strategy, and innovation to shape the future of medicine. At USC, she serves as Vice President of the Medical Humanities Interest Group and sits on the Institute on Inequalities in Global Health Student Advisory Council. Her experience spans scientific research and evidence-based wellness strategy, including work with the Wellness Science team at Sensei. She was a GWI 2025 Susie Ellis Scholar and now serves as a GWI Ambassador. She is passionate about advancing wellness tourism, longevity, and aesthetic medicine, with a vision of shaping next-generation wellness destinations that integrate clinical excellence, personalized health, and luxury hospitality standards.

Sunai Wachirawarakarn
Co-Founder of Beauty Innovation and Beyond & President of Thai Spa Association, Thailand
With over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry in Asia, Sunai is a Master of Science graduate in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He has managed 50+ spas across Asia and the Middle East, and served as the operations manager for Mspa International in Southern Asia. Sunai then founded a spa consulting company, working on projects in Asia, including China. Recognized as the “Spa Educator of the Year” at the Thai Spa and Well-being awards, he now co-founded Beauty Innovation and Beyond to distribute beauty and wellness technology in Thailand. As the president of the Thai Spa Association, Sunai continues to drive the wellness industry in Thailand with creativity and sustainability, collaborating with the government to uphold industry standards and regulations.
