Attendees will include real estate executives, developers, investors, architects, designers and innovators that are driving this explosive market.

What are the safety protocols being taken to ensure attendees and staff are safe?
The health and safety of attendees and staff are our top priority. We will be strictly following both the CDC’s and New York City’s protocols for indoor events. All attendees, staff and vendors will be required to be fully vaccinated. In addition, all participants will be masked while indoors. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must have received your final dose of the vaccine by September 10. We will continue to work closely with etc.venues to comply with all CDC and city guidelines.

How many people will be allowed to attend the in-person events?
The maximum number of in-person participants is 150.

Will all speakers be in person in New York?
The majority of speakers will be with us in person, but there will be important video segments throughout the day featuring global projects.

What happens if new government policies prevent travel to or within the United States or force GWI to cancel the in-person event?
We will follow all government regulations, and if conditions do not allow us to proceed with the in-person event, we will communicate with all registered attendees on the next steps.
