With over 20 years of dedication to workplace wellness, she promotes preventative and holistic wellbeing. Ellen coaches individuals and groups to make sustainable lifestyle changes, helping them move from knowing what to do to actually doing it!

Jocelyn Pepe is a Mental Health Researcher and Mental Wellbeing Coach at the intersect of Science and Soul and the Founder of TrU, an organization committed to supporting executive and team wellbeing, building healthy and well organizational cultures. She has been coaching for 9 years and researching mental health throughout her life, through her personal journey and more formatively achieved her MSc. in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health. Jocelyn is a Registered Health Coach (RHC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Health and Medical Coach Shiri Ben-Arzi, MMC and MCC, is the founder of MCI, Medical Coaching Institute, and is a supervisor, workshop facilitator, author and international lecturer.

Ben-Arzi works with leading pharmaceutical companies, medical organizations, patient associations and hospitals worldwide to promote social change in health and healthcare systems with a patient-centered medical focus. She holds numerous certifications in health and medical coaching and is co-president of ICF Israel.

Medical Doctor, Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, lecturer and keynote speaker ICF PCC, NBC-HWC, Founder of The Authenticity Institute, Director of Health Coaching at The Coach Partnership and Head of Corporate Wellness at The Works Partnership in Singapore. She is passionate about transforming healthcare and supporting others to take sustainable steps towards their vision of wellness.

Izabella is CEO UK & International Health Coaching Association and a qualified UKHCA-Approved Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach, Nutritional Chef, International Speaker, Author. 35 years’ experience across the health space: former Medical Research Council Health Research Psychologist and NHS Training Directorate Programme Manager & Organisational Development Consultant. Committed to shifting paradigms and democratising health and wellness.


M. Carolina Tuma, PhD

Carolina Tuma is a Brazilian, NBHWC certified health coach with specializations in Integrative Health and Wellbeing. As a speaker and author, she spreads humanization concepts and tools to health professionals and is committed to empowering people to transform their health. A former cancer drug-development leader and university professor, she is engaged in scientific research, education, coaching and consulting, actively working to increase the recognition of health coaching in Brazil.


Andrew Parsons

Andrew is a Health, Wellness and Executive EMCC Accredited Coach (Master Practitioner), CNHC registered Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, Trainer and Author. Certified Wellness Practitioner with the National Wellness Institute.

He has had a wide experience that includes leading scientific and business innovation that builds on his PhD in Physiological Sciences and MSc in Psychology. He has a particular interest in the science of wellness and empowerment. His work often involves supporting people to successfully navigate change and uncertainty. He was one of the founders of a cancer coaching services for patients and their families in the UK National Health Service.


Beth Romanski

Beth Romanski is an experienced health education professional and certified integrative Health and Wellness Coach, specializing in workplace wellness, resilience, and wellbeing. Beth currently holds a faculty appointment at The Johns Hopkins University in the Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of International Health, and was formerly the director of professional and continuing education at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She serves in leadership positions for several higher education organizations and is a recognized innovator in the field of high-quality micro-credentials, online learning experience design, and health education programming. Beth contributes to the Global Wellness Institute (GWI) Wellness Coaching Initiative’s (WCI) educational projects and programs and also serves Integrative Medicine for the Underserved (IM4US) Research and Education Committee, the American Institute of Stress Speakers Bureau, and is Food as Medicine Global Circle of Advisors.


Danielle Watkins

Danielle is an HCANZA accredited health and wellness coach, with a foundation in human resources and a passion for coaching, Danielle Watkins, is dedicated to transforming workplaces into environments that prioritize wellbeing. Co-Creating People Experiences for Positive Change, Danielle supports teams by designing fit-for-purpose people value propositions and crafting enriched people experiences that seamlessly blend the priorities of individuals with team growth/performance and overall business strategies. As an advocate for holistic wellbeing, she is driven by the belief that a thoughtful and care-centric approach is the catalyst for meaningful transformation in the professional sphere, and in enhancing the lives of individuals.

Leigh-Ann Webster is the Executive Director for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) since 2015. The NBHWC is a nonprofit organization that created a professional training & education standard for health and wellness coaching and has fostered a community of more than 6,500 National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coaches throughout the world. Previously, Leigh-Ann served as the Director of Business and Partnerships for professional triathlete, Lesley Paterson, and founded 52 Healthy Weeks, supporting people who aspire for a healthy and active lifestyle. She is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and DPP Lifestyle Coach. Leigh-Ann is a featured speaker health and wellness related conferences, seminars and podcasts.
