Arek Dawidowski is co-founder and managing director of FoSpa Group, leading Polish consultancy company. Also he is the president of the board of European Spa Foundation in Poland which organizes international spa congress in Warsaw (kongresspa.pl) He has created many successful spa concepts in Poland for the last 10 years. A lecturer at The University College of Tourism and Ecology in Cracow and amabassador of Global Wellness Day in Poland.

Ioana Marian

Managing Director, Exclusive About Spa, Romania

After 10 years of banking career, Ioana has become fascinated by the spa concept. In 2010 she launched despreSpa.ro – the most important wellness platform in Romania, which has become the main information source for readers around the whole country, journalists and spa professionals Since then, she has been actively involved in the field and centralizes the Romanian spa market information, while constantly working with and reuniting the representatives of spa centers, spa consultants, spa trainers, producers and distributors of spa products & equipment. She is also the Romanian Ambassador of Global Mentorship Program and Global Wellness Day.

Nataša Ranitović

Founder & CEO, Sunny, Serbia

Nataša Ranitović is the founder and CEO of Sunny Ltd., which provides spa massages training and spa consulting. She has 12 years of experience in wellness and spa industry and she, for the first time, introduced wellness concepts and wellness massages to the Serbian market in 2006. She has been dedicated to sustainable development of wellness and spa industry in Serbia, according to the latest trends, best practices and quality standards. She is the chair person of the Regional Health, Wellness and Spa Tourism Conference since 2009, co-founder and President of Health, Wellness and Spa Tourism Claster Serbia (Wellness Serbia) since 2012. and certified Europe Spa Expert & Consultant for quality standards in Serbia from 2015. She is the Global Mentorship Program Ambassador and the Global Wellness Day Ambassador in Serbia. Nataša is very passionate about spa heritage and development of authentic spa products which is why she is coordinating the initiative “Thermal Spas of Europe” in Serbia.

Sofia Roupakia

Operations Support, EF Cultural Tours, Switzerland

Sofia has been involved with the Wellness area the last 5 years. She has a background in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism, and conducted various researches about the Tourism industry in Greece and also the Spa and Thermal Springs reality of Europe from a Business & Energy aspect. She has explored several practices personally, from nutrition & hydrotherapy to life coaching. Her ambition is to spread the wellness mindset across people, sectors & countries so it can evolve into the way of life for every person. She is currently working at EF Cultural Tours, supporting Operations for Greece, India & Israel Tours.
