Awakening Conscious Leadership Workshop for Our Living Well from Within Coalition Partners

On June 10, 2021, the Leadership Team and I were delighted to share the latest iteration of my work with our Living Well from Within coalition partners: the Awakening Conscious Leadership Workshop. Our intention was to facilitate transformation in conscious leaders, so they too can facilitate transformation in those they serve—in a fully online environment!

Thanks to the XCHANGE approach, we have learned there are keys to effectively unlocking potential with others within an online environment. One of the keys is creating a rich immersive transformational experience in which everyone’s voice is engaged and honored.
