Women’s Hormones Across the Lifespan
October 13, 2026 | 7PM ET | Hosted by GWI Lifestyle Medicine Initiative
Description:
The Global Wellness Summit’s #1 trend for 2026 — “Women Get Their Own Lane in Longevity”— marks a watershed moment for gender-specific health. The trend identifies the ovary as “command central” for women’s aging and reframes hormone replacement therapy not as symptom management but as longevity medicine, anchored in the FDA’s landmark November 2025 removal of black box warnings from HRT products.
This webinar is the clinical operationalization of that trend within lifestyle medicine. It explores how estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid hormones modulate every pillar of lifestyle medicine in women — and brings together three GWI initiatives around a single, evidence-based thesis: that women’s hormonal health is simultaneously shaped by natural physiology, environmental exposure, and mental wellness.
