Sa’ed Gossous

CEO, RAI Digital , United Arab Emirates

Sa’ed Gossous is the CEO of RAI Digital, the digital transformation service arm of RAI, a leading UAE professional services firm with a mission to be a global digital ecosystem builder. Before joining RAI, Sa’ed led EY’s Government and Public Sector Consulting Market for the Middle East and North Africa. During his tenure with EY, Sa’ed established EY solutions (EYVA: EY virtual advisor) and led it for Africa, India, and the Middle East. Prior to joining EY, Sa’ed worked at Microsoft in multiple senior roles in the GCC region. Sa’ed is also an avid investor in the Tech industry.


Forsan Hussein

Entrepreneur, Venture Investor, Israel

Forsan Hussein is an entrepreneur, venture investor, and turnaround manager, currently serves as Founding Managing Partner at Zaitoun Ventures, a hybrid investment company and a startup factory. Forsan is passionate about the role of business and economics in empowering communities and promoting peace. He serves on several boards of private and public companies and nonprofit organizations. Forsan is a Kauffman Fellow for innovation investing, an Aspen Institute fellow, and a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. Forsan holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Siow Ying Tan, PhD

R&D External Innovation APAC Lead, PepsiCo , Singapore

Dr. Tan is the PepsiCo R&D External Innovation Lead based in Singapore. In this role, Dr. Tan is focused on building connectivity within the external innovation network and supporting the PepsiCo innovation teams. She is responsible for carrying out global open innovation activities and future strategy and enabling R&D partnerships. Prior to this role, Dr. Tan was part of the PepsiCo R&D Beverage Applications in New York.


Max van Zanten

Corporate Business Development, Wellness Holdings SRL, Italy

After graduating from King’s College London, Max started his professional career at Ferrari S.p.A. After his experience at Ferrari, Max joined Wellness Holdings, the family office of Nerio Alessandri, the founder and CEO of Technogym. Max works in business development, structuring and executing on the holding’s’ strategy within the Private Markets.
