Jessica Grossmeier is an award-winning researcher, speaker, and author of Reimagining Workplace Well-being: Fostering a Culture of Purpose, Connection and Transcendence. As a leading authority in workforce well-being, she collaborates with employers and well-being service providers to create evidence-based strategies. Jessica serves as a Senior Fellow for the Health Enhancement Research Organization, co-leads the Global Wellness Institute’s Workplace Wellbeing Initiative, and serves on several advisory boards. Jessica holds doctoral and master’s degrees in public health, specializing in community health education.

Ellenit Serrano, Advisor, Coach, Founder, Yoga Instructor, United States

Ellenit Serrano is a Business and Wellbeing Advisor and Coach, founder of Esencia Solutions and “HappyHer,” focusing on workplace wellbeing and redefining success for professional women. Certified as an ERYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Chopra Meditation Facilitator, and Workplace Wellbeing Consultant, she blends decades of senior leadership experience at Fortune 100 companies with her passion for wellness. Ellenit created the “Yoga to Lead Program,” merging yoga and leadership principles to foster authentic leadership. Ellenit also teaching yoga classes, workshops, and retreats.
