Julie Bach

Julie is a recognized leader in aging and wellness who helps women live healthier, more purposeful lives. A Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she brings expertise in gerontology, yoga therapy for women and older adults (55+), and wellness education. Julie works with women to navigate life transitions and build a life that is well lived. She has served as a judge in the Technology and Community Innovation categories for the American Society on Aging’s annual conference, identifying solutions that improve the lives of older adults. Julie was named a Leading Woman in Wellness by the Global Wellness Summit in 2017 for her leadership in making wellness more inclusive and accessible.
Dave McCaughan

Dave, a brand strategy and market research expert with 40+ years of experience across the Asia Pacific, is based in Bangkok. Starting at McCann Sydney in 1986, he later led strategic initiatives in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. A prolific speaker and writer, he has presented at 500+ conferences and contributed to major publications. In 2015, he founded BIBLIOSEXUAL, a brand storytelling consultancy, and later co-founded Ai.agency, leveraging machine learning for market research. He has worked with clients like TATA, Unilever China, UBER, and Tesla and spoken at the Global Wellness Summit five times. More at bibliosexual.weebly.com.
Dr. Cate O’Brien
Aging Well Initiative Member, Mather, Senior Vice President, Mather Institute & Community Initiatives
Dr. O’Brien leads Mather Institute’s applied research on wellness and engagement in older adults, expanding its impact through university partnerships. She evaluates internal initiatives, supports new programs like the Person-Centric Wellness Model, and oversees Community Initiatives, bringing creative arts and wellness programs to older adults virtually and in-person. She holds advanced degrees in anthropology and public health from UC San Diego, San Diego State, and the University of Illinois, Chicago.
