In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, employee wellbeing is no longer nice-to-have — it’s a priority. Stress, burnout, and declining mental and physical health don’t just affect individuals; they directly influence productivity, engagement, creativity, and retention. One company that has embraced this forward-thinking approach is Vesta, an industrial real estate owner, developer, and asset manager of industrial buildings and distribution centers in Mexico, with approximately 100 employees across the organization, partnering with OneOeight Concepts and its co-founder, Ana Quiroga, who also heads the Wellness practice.
A Challenge That Defines Company Culture
Ana introduced the EAT.THINK.DO Wellness Challenge at Vesta — a one-month corporate wellness program designed to help employees reset their health and wellbeing habits at the start of the year. In this challenge teams compete by incorporating simple, sustainable practices across three core pillars:
EAT – nutrition strategies to support energy, metabolic balance, and sustained focus at work
THINK – mindfulness tools to regulate stress and support emotional wellbeing
DO – movement-based and collaborative activities designed to strengthen teamwork and connection
The goal of the program is to get people to participate and experience small daily shifts, first-hand. It is those little changes that compound into meaningful results, such as better mood, better focus, more energy, and stronger teamwork.
The challenge does not only generate engagement — it transforms or reaffirms the company’s wellness culture. In the case of Vesta, the impact was so positive that the company retained OneOeight Concepts to deliver monthly workshops for the full year following the EAT.THINK.DO format with focus on:
● Nutrition workshops to increase focus and energy
● Mindfulness workshops to support emotional resilience
● Yoga classes designed to improve stress management
Wellness as a Performance Strategy
Healthy employees aren’t just happier, they’re more productive, collaborative, and innovative. What Vesta noticed is that shared wellbeing experiences strengthen relationships across the organization. Wellness isn’t just about the individual, it’s relational and when teams grow healthier together, they communicate better, support each other more, and feel a stronger sense of belonging.
Building on the success of the original program, Vesta once again partnered with OneOeight Concepts for the following year to deliver the EAT.THINK.DO 2.0 Wellness Challenge — which was structured as a set of challenges focused on simple daily micro-practices that employees could sustain long-term, while maintaining daily micro-habits built into small moments, not drastic life overhauls.
Creating Workplaces Where People Can Thrive
Programs like EAT.THINK.DO are proof that corporate wellness is not a perk but a strategic advantage. They prevent burnout, support performance and build healthier and differentiated cultures.
The OneOeight Concepts mission is to remind companies that wellbeing is firstly about the individual. To create highly-productive companies we start by changing the lives of the people that deliver results for the organization.
Forward-thinking companies like Vesta are proof that workplaces thrive with an embedded wellness culture.
