The soil is at the heart of our existence, but intensive farming, pollution, deforestation and global heating have damaged it. According to the UN, a third of the planet’s land is severely degraded, with 24 billion tons of fertile soil lost every year through intensive farming alone. Protecting the soil structure is becoming a policy imperative and a business opportunity.
