Jonathan Burgess is the Vice President of Sustainable Operations for The Spinnaker Group, a premier green-building consulting firm based in South Florida. In addition to his substantial LEED project experience, Jonathan recently helped complete a WELL feasibility study for a Title-1 school in San Diego, CA. In addition, he is the co-Founder of the Green Veterans group, an initiative partly focused on utilizing the WELL building standard to aid in trauma resolution for veterans through therapeutic building design.

She owned her own boot camp business while studying chemistry of the body. Today she educates on how to “Truly get well”. And not just think about treating issues in the body by following cookie cutter approaches to wellness. One goal she has is to continue working with others in wellness to keep the progress of wellness in the work place moving forward.

Karen Koffler, M.D. is a pioneer in Holistic medicine and is one of a few doctors in the country certified in both Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is the former medical director of Canyon Ranch and is now the medical director of the new Carillon Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach.

Georgette Kores is the Global Wellness Coordinator for World Fuel Services. In this role she designs and executes the corporate wellness programming for all offices, spanning over 30 countries. Mrs. Kores is an experienced and innovative wellness professional who has a proven record of creating, implementing and executing successful and sustainable wellness-oriented programming in corporate settings. She graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Master in Sport Management from Liberty University.

Formally trained in finance with Deloitte & Touche, he has been with THOR-LO for 24 years and has served on the team that developed Deloitte’s first auditing software. At the University of Arizona School of Medicine, he is Director of the Corporate Health Improvement Program (CHIP) which is a collaborative research program between CHIP and 15 of the Fortune 500 corporations and serves as Chairman of the American Health Association.

Billy Rovzar Diez Barroso earned his BA from the University of San Diego in 2003 and immediately began pursuing his dream to enter into the film business. In 2015 Billy started the Mexican film production company, Lemon Films, and produced his first feature film, Matando Cabos, at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. He has created various seminars and trainings on leadership development and mindset reprogramming.

Most of her previous experience was with a consulting company that she established in 1996, which focused on organizations with over 1000+ employees in multiple locations.. Her experience covers all aspects of business operations, but was highly concentrated in the health and wellness arena. Kirstie holds an Accounting degree from Chancellor University in Cleveland, Ohio and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dr. Mary Wisnom has served over 30 years in the hospitality industry as a practitioner and educator. Her employment encompassed a variety of resorts and private clubs in Michigan, Colorado and Florida. Dr. Wisnom began teaching full time in 1996 and in 2006 joined the FGCU faculty. In 2012, Dr. Wisnom published the text Spa Management: An Introduction.
