John Toomey, CEO, The Wellbeing Thought Leaders, Australia
John Toomey is an international speaker, writer, and thought leader with a rich background in high-performance roles in professional sport, including Australian Rules Football, soccer, and coaching an Olympic gold medallist. He holds a Phys Ed degree from Deakin University and completed master’s studies in Applied Physiology at Victoria University. John has delivered over 3,600 corporate presentations, spoken at global conferences, published 700+ articles, and created pioneering fitness industry courses. He has lectured in PE and medicine, served on RMIT’s Health Sciences Advisory Committee, and led initiatives with the Global Wellness Institute, including as Global Chair of the Men’s Wellbeing Initiative. He is the author of In it for the Long Haul, a guide for FIFO workers, and regularly travels between Australia and the U.S. with his wife.

Vishal Patel MD PhD, Chief Science and Innovation Officer, Sensei, United States
Dr. Vishal Patel, Chief Science and Innovation Officer at Sensei, ensures the scientific integrity of the brand’s evidence-based, personalized wellness experiences. He leads a team of researchers and experts to vet wellness claims, counter misinformation, and train staff in data-driven practices. Dr. Patel also evaluates technology and services for alignment with the latest science-backed standards. He holds an M.D. and Ph.D. in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University and a certificate in Ayurveda from Gujarat Ayurved University. Prior to Sensei, he worked with healthcare startups to deliver data science solutions and served as a faculty member and peer reviewer for the Journal of Biomedical Informatics.
Nick Bracks
Founder and CEO, Move Your Mind Pty Ltd, USA and Australia
Nick Bracks is an Australian actor, mental health advocate, and entrepreneur. After a life-changing car accident in his early 20s, he turned his struggle with depression and anxiety into a mission to destigmatize mental illness through storytelling. Nick has delivered over 1,000 mental health talks worldwide, including TEDx talks, and hosted the radio show Soul Trader. He founded a media company focused on mental health content and is the author and podcast host of Move Your Mind. Now based in NYC, Nick is developing his own dark comedy TV series, Amiss.
James Greenshields

What hasn’t this mystical man done! James is a husband of over 20 years, and honoured father of two amazing women, served 17 years as an Army Officer and woke up in combat. Now with over 14 years post military, James has the Co-Founded and been the Lead Facilitator for Leadership and Men’s Wellbeing at Emergent Leaders Foundation. He couples experiences with First Nation people around the globe, running youth rites of passage for 10 years, overlayed on practical understanding of leadership in environments as complex and diverse as the battlefield, boardrooms and professional sport have enabled him to create a new paradigm of leadership – Harmonic Leadership. James has just spent the last 2 years assisting communities around Australia become self sufficient, a major part of which was shifting their consciousness and laying a leadership platform from which to lead.
Aaron Schultz

Aaron Schultz is a leading anxiety management teacher, speaker, and private coach, known for delivering practical solutions to improve mental wellbeing. With over 5,000 hours of yoga and meditation teaching experience, Aaron specializes in helping individuals and high-stress industries overcome anxiety through mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based wellness strategies. He has worked with elite athletes, government health services, and recruitment sectors, and was Tasmania’s first workplace health adviser.
