What makes wellness real estate tick, and more importantly, how do we measure it?

In the next edition of Blueprints of Well-Being, two leaders in the field will discuss the science and design of wellness in the built environment. David Darlington (Gensler Latin America) and Ricard Santamaría Castel (H.A.U.S. Healthy Buildings) will take us inside the world of health-first architecture, exploring how sustainability, intentionality, health-centered design, and cutting-edge metrics are shaping the future of real estate.

Hosted by Global Wellness Instiute Wellness Communities & Real Estate Initiative member Joan Balagué and co-chair JF Garneau, this genuinely global conversation will connect us from San José and Costa Rica to Barcelona and Spain, bringing fresh insights, bold ideas, and real-world applications. Whether you’re a developer, investor, designer, a wellness maker or simply passionate about the spaces we inhabit, this session will spark new ways of thinking about wellness, health, and the places we call home.
