Jonathan Burgess
Vice President of Sustainable Operations, The Spinnaker Group

Jonathan Burgess is the Vice President of Sustainable Operations for The Spinnaker Group, a premier green-building consulting firm based in South Florida. In addition to his substantial LEED project experience, Jonathan recently helped complete a WELL feasibility study for a Title-1 school in San Diego, CA. In addition, he is the co-Founder of the Green Veterans group, an initiative partly focused on utilizing the WELL building standard to aid in trauma resolution for veterans through therapeutic building design.

David’s group applies innovative consumer marketing best practices to drive sustainable and satisfying results for clients and their employees. Laurie Indelicato has been a wellness director at Ultimate Software for three years. Previously, Laurie was active as a personal trainer and figure competitor. She owned her own boot camp business while studying chemistry of the body. Today she educates on how to “Truly get well”. And not just think about treating issues in the body by following cookie cutter approaches to wellness. One goal she has is to continue working with others in wellness to keep the progress of wellness in the work place moving forward.

Dr. Karen Koffler
Medical Director, Carillon Hotel and Spa

Karen Koffler, M.D. is a pioneer in Holistic medicine and is one of a few doctors in the country certified in both Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is the former medical director of Canyon Ranch and is now the medical director of the new Carillon Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach.

Georgette B. Kores
Global Wellness Coordinator, World Fuel Services        

Georgette Kores is the Global Wellness Coordinator for World Fuel Services. In this role she designs and executes the corporate wellness programming for all offices, spanning over 30 countries. Mrs. Kores is an experienced and innovative wellness professional who has a proven record of creating, implementing and executing successful and sustainable wellness-oriented programming in corporate settings. She graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Master in Sport Management from Liberty University.

Christopher Labrecque

Christopher Labrecque serves as Managing Partner to the Employee Benefits Group at Insurance Office of America. For the past 25 years he has worked at his craft as an employee benefits consultant, a position he still holds today. Mr. Labrecque has served on many insurance carrier advisory committees along with being named both Partner of the year and Employee Benefits Consultant of the year at IOA. Most recently he was nominated by the Institute for Healthcare Consumerism for the “Most Innovative Broker” in 2015.

Ms. McCabe Ruff has been a mindfulness practitioner since 1997 and worked as a senior IT executive on Wall Street.  She holds an M.B.A. from NYU.

Richard Oliver
President, Thorlo  

Richard Oliver is President and Sustainability/Relationship Leader at Thorlo. Formally trained in finance with Deloitte & Touche, he has been with THOR-LO for 24 years and has served on the team that developed Deloitte’s first auditing software.  Richard also has held financial and operations roles for large tech companies.   He is a seasoned executive with senior level experience in focusing on culture, strategy, operations and finance.

Dr. Kenneth R. Pelletier
Clinical Professor of Medicine & Professor of Public Health, University of Arizona & University of California Schools of Medicine

Kenneth R. Pelletier, PhD, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and a Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California School of Medicine. At the University of Arizona School of Medicine, he is Director of the Corporate Health Improvement Program (CHIP) which is a collaborative research program between CHIP and 15 of the Fortune 500 corporations and serves as Chairman of the American Health Association.

Billy Rovzar Diez Barroso
Founder/Producer, Lemon Films

Billy Rovzar Diez Barroso earned his BA from the University of San Diego in 2003 and immediately began pursuing his dream to enter into the film business. In 2015 Billy started the Mexican film production company, Lemon Films, and produced his first feature film, Matando Cabos, at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. He has created various seminars and trainings on leadership development and mindset reprogramming.

Riyaad Seecharan
Managing Director, Operations, Tesser Health

An avid entrepreneur, researcher and technologist, Riyaad is a founding member of Tesser Health, a healthcare technology firm focused on the idea that being healthy should be simple. He drives the Tesser vision of delivering innovative patient centered health care experiences through technology. Riyaad has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, American Express and Tradestation and has consulted with organizations such as Dell, IBM and NASA. Previously he was on the advisory board for Apptimum, prior to its acquisition by Microsoft.

Kirstie K. Settas-Jones

Kirstie brings almost 25 years of experience in finance and brokerage administration with a background that includes 20 years of corporate health and wellness consulting. Most of her previous experience was with a consulting company that she established in 1996, which focused on organizations with over 1000+ employees in multiple locations.. Her experience covers all aspects of business operations, but was highly concentrated in the health and wellness arena. Kirstie holds an Accounting degree from Chancellor University in Cleveland, Ohio and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Dr. Mary Wisnom
Professor and Spa Management Coordinator, Florida Gulf Coast University

Dr. Mary Wisnom has served over 30 years in the hospitality industry as a practitioner and educator. Her employment encompassed a variety of resorts and private clubs in Michigan, Colorado and Florida. Dr. Wisnom began teaching full time in 1996 and in 2006 joined the FGCU faculty. In 2012, Dr. Wisnom published the text Spa Management: An Introduction.
